Preamble script

The source HTML-file must include our script preamble. It is used for configuring the ad, making sure you get access to all the JavaScript functionality needed to integrate with our system. Include the following <script>-tag in the <head> of the document:

Note: if an html minifier is used, please make sure that the preamble still works.
